Cooper, Macklin to wed in May

Julie Cooper and Brian Macklin, both of Troy, are engaged to be married May 31 at Pine Knob Carriage House in Clarkston.

The future bride is the daughter of Richard and Maribeth Cooper of Jerome. She is a graduate of Saline High School, Michigan State University and the University of Denver.
She is employed at CARE as a mental health professional.
The future groom is the son if Jim and Linda Macklin of Rochester Hills. He is a graduate of Lahser High School in Bloomfield Hills and Michigan State University. He is employed with Clear Channel Radio as an account executive.
