"Middle School Weightlifting and Fitness" will be offered by Saline Community Education. The class is an introduction to bigger, faster, stronger weightlifting and fitness program. Saline Area Chamber of Commerce Building Business Relationships breakfast will be held from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at Brecon Village, 200 Brecon Drive, in Saline. Saline Coalition to Reduce Underage Drinking general meeting will be held 6:30 p.m. at the high school media center. All parents and community members are invited to learn about coalition activities, and its contribution to the Take It Back initiative, proposal for a teen center by the Saline Youth Council and 24-Hour Relay. The coalition is seeking support from parents, students of all ages, teachers, alumni, community leaders and other concerned citizens who would like an opportunity to learn more about underage drinking and its impact, and to discuss strategies for its prevention in the Saline community. Annual Charity Bowl will be hosted by the St. Joseph Mercy Saline Hospital Auxiliary at Maplewood Lanes, 830 Woodland Drive, in Saline. Tickets are $15 and are available at the St. Joseph Mercy Saline Hospital Volunteer Desk or at Maplewood Lanes. Lunch-only tickets can be purchased for $6.
