Staley, Schommer say 'I do'

Kimberly Staley and Jeff Schommer, both of Kalamazoo, were married Oct. 20 at Zion Lutheran Church in Kalamazoo.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Sue Staley of Saline and the groom is the son of Tom and Jan Schommer of Kalamazoo.
Maid of honor was Beth Shook of Dexter. Donna Miller of Raleigh, N.C., Julie Eschelbach of Atlanta and Jenny Updycke of Kalamazoo, formerly of Saline, served as bridesmaids.
Tom Schommer of Kalamazoo was best man. Groomsmen were Bill Porter and Kevin Ootz.
Lindsey and Taylor Shook, and Megan Hincher served as flower girls.
The bride is a graduate of Saline High School, Central Michigan University and Wayne State University. She is employed as a physician's assistant at Advanced Cardiac Healthcare.
The groom is a graduate of Portage Northern High School and Florida State University. He is employed as a sheriff's deputy in Elkhart County in Elkhart, Ind.
They honeymooned in St. Thomas. They reside in Kalamazoo.
