Milan Woman's Club to meet

The Milan Woman's Club will host a presentation Feb. 12 by Maria Alegre Ribas of Barcelona, Spain.

Ribas, a business major at the University of Michigan, will speak about her experiences growing up in Spain and her decision to come to Michigan.
Club members will meet at noon. The session will be open to the public at 1 p.m., when Ribas will begin her presentation at the Milan Senior and Community Activity Center, 45 Neckel Court.

The Milan Woman's Club, formed in 1913, is a volunteer organization of women who meet for the purpose of education and friendship. The group promotes programs and projects that benefit the community, including an annual scholarship awarded to a local student.
