Rhoades, Carlson say 'I do'

Jennifer Rhoades, formerly of Novi, and Richard Carlson, formerly of Warren, were married Oct. 5 at Silver Lake Country Club in Orland Park. Ill.

The bride is the daughter of Jim and Judy Rhoades of Britton. The groom is the son of Carolyn and Roger Carlson of Galt, Calif.
Kim Simecek of San Francisco, Calif., served as maid of honor, Jennifer Sartori of Dexter served as matron of honor and Susan Thomlinson of Willow Springs, Mo., served as bridesmaid.
Forrest Jehlik of Chicago, Ill., served as best man. Derek Blakeney of Saline and Brian Johnston of West Sacramento, Calif., served as groomsmen.
Ushers were Jeffrey and Zachary Rhoades of Brighton and Matthew Sanders of Oronoco, Minn.
Amanda Rhoades of Brighton was the bell girl.
A reception was held at Silver Lake Country Club. The couple honeymooned in Maui, Hawaii. They c reside in Joliet, Ill.
